Yes, RPM conducts a third-party screening, which will evaluate your rental history, credit history, and criminal history.
Yes, Guarantors may be used for applicants to apply for an apartment. Guarantors are also required to complete an application and will be asked to complete a background check as well as meet standard qualification criteria.
We do require that you make 3 times the monthly rent.
Our application criteria takes into account your credit score, income-to-rent ratio, as well as criminal or eviction history.

Resident Life
Yes, we offer 3 to 12-month lease terms.
Yes, at RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Cashel Springs welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and a pet rent of $20 per month.
Rent is due on the first of every month.
Your payment options include: Online payment through our secure resident portal, MoneyGram, and WIPS.
