Yes, Guarantors may be used for applicants to apply for an apartment. Guarantors are also required to complete an application and will be asked to complete a background check as well as meet standard qualification criteria.

Yes, at RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Cashel Springs welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $400 and pet rent of $20 per month.
Rent is due on the first of every month.
